Kanga Training Timetable, 2019

KANGATRAINING is the ultimate postnatal workout for Mums, Bubs & Toddlers. Children spends most of the class in a woven wrap or carrier, where they usually fall asleep with the rocking motion of movement to music.

KANGATRAINING is a complete dance based workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Naturally, the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and correct posture are given special attention.

KANGATRAINING is safe for pelvic floor muscles and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout. Sometimes the smallest adjustments of the carrier can make a huge difference.

FAQ:

What happens in a mainly music session? Fun! Mainly Music is a structured session but the focus is on the interaction between ‘big person’ and child. The amazing outcome is learning and development – numbers, alphabet, colours, direction, using fine motor skills, practicing jumping, skipping, hopping and more!

Can I start at any point in the year? Yes. Mainly Music is a fun interactive music session – not music classes. So you’re not coming in part way into a curriculum. You can join at any time. There’s no need to RSVP or pre-register, just come along.

Do I have to take anything to a mainly music session? No, everything is provided for you at the session.
