Mount Isa School of Dance proudly presents “Under the Sea”, with thanks to Mount Isa City Council.
Based on the Disney Classic “The Little Mermaid”, watch as students bring the beloved story to life through Dance, Song, and Drama.
With Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Acrobatics, and all of your favorite sing-along songs, this show is bound to have you dancing in your seat.
“Based on the Disney Classic, The Little Mermaid, Under the Sea tells the story of a mermaid named Ariel who longs to be human. Forbidden by her father King Triton from visiting the surface of the ocean, she does so anyway and falls in love with a human Prince named Eric. To become human and win Eric’s heart, Ariel makes a magical deal with the Sea Witch Ursula but as her plan goes awry her father must make the ultimate sacrifice to save her.”
