The course focuses on 4 key life skills that a central to maintaining a tenancy –

· Communication – How to communicate email, professional, how to report maintenance etc

· Rights and Responsibilities – Both Tenants. Landlord and Property managers Rights and Responsibilities alongside introducing the Roles of the RTA and Qstars

· Cleaning  – How to manage my Cleaning responsibilities, prepare for a routine inspection, Bond cleaning

· Budgeting and Financial Management – Importance of paying rent on time, where to go for assistance and more

The full course can be completed in a classroom or as a self paced online option.
